We encourage all users to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their okbuzz account. If 2FA is not enabled and the account is compromised, okbuzz will not be held responsible.

The following betting rules on okbuzz are mandatory. Violations may result in bet cancellation and further action against the account.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless okbuzz itself announces a bet cancellation.
• Live betting odds can change at any time after a match kicks off. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, okbuzz will refund the stake for the affected bet.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, okbuzz reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds.
• Betting limits may vary by event and market. okbuzz reserves the right to adjust limits under special circumstances.
• If involvement in match-fixing or any form of dishonest activity is confirmed, the bet will be voided and the account permanently closed.

All financial transactions on okbuzz must be lawful and conducted using personal funds. okbuzz does not accept money from illegitimate sources and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 24 hours. Delays may occur on banking holidays.
• Withdrawals will always be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Okbuzz reserves the right to hold large withdrawal amounts until KYC verification is complete.
• For currency conversion, okbuzz follows the prevailing market rate.

Okbuzz offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the offer page. The general bonus policy is as follows:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only. Each person may claim this offer once.

• Using bots, automated software, or any programmatic strategy to place bets.
• Attempting unauthorized access to okbuzz's systems or databases.
• Fraud, harassment, or deceptive activity directed at other users.
• Exploiting erroneous odds or system errors and claiming profits derived from them.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party.

Okbuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

You can close your okbuzz account at any time by contacting Support. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the okbuzz Customer Support team first. Our goal is to resolve all disputes quickly and fairly.

Upon receiving a complaint, okbuzz will provide an initial response within 7 business days. Complex cases may take up to 30 days to investigate fully. Related transactions may be held during the investigation.

If you wish to challenge a final decision made by okbuzz, you may file a complaint with the relevant licensing authority. okbuzz respects and is bound by their rulings.
